At Master Lock Store, we stand behind the security and quality of our hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all keys, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking information for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
